healthcare services. We are part of the Miami Valley Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital family of companies and our services are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Fidelity Health Care History

Fidelity Health Care entered the home care market in 1984, and rapidly became the Dayton area's leading home care provider. In order to better meet patient needs, Fidelity began offering infusion services in 1987 and it's medical equipment division was launched in 1989. In 1995 Fidelity and Maria Joseph Home Care merged to become a single entity for Premier Health Partners. Today, Fidelity is the largest home care provider in the Dayton region and one of the largest in Ohio. In 2003, Fidelity made over 160,000 visits to patient homes, while treating over 8,000 patients.
