Commitment to the Under-Served

At Fidelity Health Care, we provide our health care services in a charitable manner. A significant portion of Fidelity patients are Medicaid or Medicare recipients.

We at Fidelity are committed to:

• Expansion of our health care programs
• Provision of uncompensated care to the indigent
• Promotion of the general health of the community by supporting health care activities of other nonprofit charitable organizations both within and outside the Premier Health system
• Assisting patients who are unable to pay for home health care services

When patients with no ability to pay are in need of home health care services, we help them find alternative methods of payment, such as assistance programs.

We always focus on patient care, and we work hard to provide a continuum of care, especially to patients with severe or life-threatening conditions, regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. We evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis, and our goal is to provide care where it is most needed.
