Fidelity Health Care Ranked Among Top 25 Percent of Home Health Providers In Nation

COLUMBUS – Fidelity Health Care, located in Dayton, was recently named to the 2008 HomeCare Elite, a compilation of the most successful Medicare-certified home health care providers in the United States. This annual review identifies the top 25 percent of agencies, ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance.

Fidelity Health Care has more than 350 employees and serves a geographic area that includes Montgomery and surrounding counties.  The agency credits quality care and outstanding customer service with the company’s ability to rank as one of the HomeCare Elite.

In Ohio, two thirds of those agencies that received 2008 HomeCare Elite recognition are members of the Ohio Council for Home Care.

The 2008 HomeCare Elite, launched in 2006, is the only performance recognition of its kind in the home health industry. The program is brought to the industry by OCS, Inc., the leading provider of healthcare informatics, and DecisionHealth, publisher of home care’s most respected independent newsletter.

Fidelity Health Care is a member of the Ohio Council for Home Care, a statewide trade association that was founded in 1965 and represents more than 394 home care and hospice agencies in Ohio.  Membership is open to home care and hospice providers, suppliers to home care and hospice industries, and individuals not employed by a home care or hospice agency.
