Employee Benefits

In addition to our various employment opportunities, Fidelity Health Care offers a variety of competitive benefits that include:

  • Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance plan for employees and their families who work a minimum of 24 hours per week. We offer two types of plans (HRA - Health Reimbursement Plan or the HSA - Health Savings Account which is a high deductible plan).
  • Dental Insurance: We offer two dental plans through MetLife.  The low plan covers 100% of preventive care and 50% for fillings.  The High plan is a more extensive plan covering 100% of preventive care, 80% for non-preventive care and has a orthodontia coverage.
  • Vision Insurance: Through VSP and has coverages for eye exam, lenses, frames and contacts.
  • Disability Insurance: Eligibility for full-time employees occurs after 6 months of employment and covers 60% of an employee's base rate of pay.
  • Pension: Employees receive annual service credits (minimum of 1,000 hours of service) and interest credits.
  • 403(b) Retirement Fund: Eligibility after 1 year of service, 21 years of age and 1,000 hours worked. Fidelity matches $.25 cents for every $1.00 that you contribute up to 6%.
