Fidelity Health Care's independent care services provide a range of services if you need additional care and support at home, whether it's for just a few short hours or around the clock. Our dedicated professionals deliver expert care in the comfort and privacy of your own home. We will work closely with your doctor and family to develop a program specifically designed to meet your unique needs.

About Our Staff

Our independent care services staff are experienced, compassionate nurse aides. All are background-checked and screened for drug and tobacco use. They are CPR-certified and undergo detailed orientation and continuing education and training.
What Services Do We Provide?

Fidelity Health Care's independent care services team offers a variety of personal services:

Post surgical/procedure care
Companionship and conversation
Errand services (such as grocery shopping)
Laundry help
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Personal care: Bathing, personal hygiene assistance, and dressing
Recreational activities: Helping you participate in your favorite game, craft, or activity
Rise & shine service: We’ll help with morning activities including getting out of bed, dressing, and having a nutritious breakfast
Traveling companion: Accompanying you for out-of-town or weekend trips for security, safety, or companionship
Transportation (with an approved driver, in a comfortable four-door sedan provided by Fidelity) helps you get to appointments, meals out, or family and social events
Respite Care for spouse and family caregivers
