Nursing
The skilled, compassionate nursing staff at Fidelity Health Care includes both registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. We come to your home to help you with specific medical tasks such as IV therapy, wound/ostomy care, or respiratory therapy. We provide patient and caregiver education that is specifically focused on your particular health care needs, post-surgical care, and care after you leave an extended care facility. Our nurses also offer general care and education on how to manage your disease.
We work closely with your physician to develop an individualized plan that meets your needs and allows you to remain in the comfort of your own home. Our nurses also will teach you and your family to properly manage your health care after services are completed.
