We provide information about pricing, billing and insurance to help eliminate confusion so you can focus on what matters — your health.


Estimated pricing for your home health, home infusion or medical equipment is provided to you by the Fidelity staff. The pricing is an estimate based on information provided to us by your insurance company. Exact pricing is not available to us until your claim is processed by your insurance company.

Be prepared to make a co-payment or down payment on your coinsurance when you start receiving services or equipment from us. You may be asked to pay in full for non-covered services before care or equipment is provided.

In addition to working with insurance carriers, all of our services are available on an Independent Care Services basis as well. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, as well as checks and cash. Our Patient Accounting department will bill your insurance provider, Medicare and/or any supplemental health insurance that you have. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for payment of the account.

Once your insurance company has processed the claim, any amount indicated by them as your responsibility will be billed to you. Your insurance company should send you an explanation of your health care benefits (EOB) showing total charges, payments and any co-payment or deductible amounts you are responsible for paying. Please contact your insurance company with any questions about your EOB and what your insurance company paid or denied.

Fidelity Health Care accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and self-pay. Most insurance companies will cover all or a portion of services that are considered skilled. We’re happy to work with you and your insurance plan to determine coverage, and we’ll also bill your insurance company directly. We may still be able to provide services to you, as not all insurance carriers require that providers be contracted.
